For all new students applying to enrol at Walpole Primary School, please complete and return the following forms along with the requested identity documents and Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement (not more than 2 months old, available via MyGov). These forms can be returned either by emailing to walpole.ps@education.wa.edu.au or handing in to the Front Office.

In Semester 1, 2025, Walpole Primary School Kindy students will attend school on Mondays and Tuesdays.
In Semester 2, 2025, Kindy students will attend school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
